  1. WAH-HEY! 😄 🎉 Yours is the most welcome news all week!! So happy to see you gents are back again!!!

Relaxing and entertaining episode as ever–Thank you Gus! Thank you Luke! Thank you David!

(Sadly, we cannot make Manchester, but all the best for Brettcon #2) 👋

    1. We’re very glad to be back and happy to serve! Shame we can’t see you in Manchester, but we’ll report back with our stories. -Luke

  2. Ok, you had me at Tom Baker as Sherlock, John Leeson made it even better. Definitely looking into that, and now feeling motivated to check out Tom’s Hound (not a euphemism). Apparently it can be bought on Amazon prime for $5.99!

*ahem* Hello, long time listener, first time caller, and all that. Have really enjoyed listening to you rhapsodize all the episodes to date. Like you, I was introduced to the Granada series on pbs. At one time I had a subscription to Columbia house records exclusively to get all the VHS tapes (yes, I’m that old) of the series. The deal was if you didn’t like something you could send it back and not be charged for it, but continue the subscription. I confess I did that with a few of the episodes that I thought strayed too far from the story as written, Lady Carfax among them. I am a bit of a book purist, but in my later years I am finding myself a little more forgiving, so I may have to revisit the series some day. It definitely sparked joy for me, as does your podcast. Keep up the good work!

    1. Thank you, Jessica! Ah, the good-old days of Columbia House. I remember getting the Twilight Zone video tapes from there. Didn’t know they had Sherlock!

Thanks for joining us on the journey!
